Great vibe, good food and service. Would def recommend to try. We enjoyed sitting at the bar! Great bar tenders

yummmmayyy drinks. bar tender was attentive and made a delicious cocktail. the bar was busy, and limited space to hang out so it's more of a stop in type of place. expensive drink but that's everywhere in DC!

We came kinda early so there weren't really a lot of people dancing quite yet. It was easy to flag down the bartender for drinks. We got a round of tequila shots. I like Latin clubs/bars so I enjoyed the music. But it was so loud that my ears were ringing. Definitely a fun vibe! The first floor is long and narrow. There's a small dance floor. The upstairs is smallish. Not a ton of space up there. It was a fun time!

Decent spot. Didn't dine here, only came for drinks and dancing. We had a fun time. We were not charged cover. The shots were naturally expensive, but the interior atmosphere was enough to compensate for that. There were many levels, and each area featured a different vibe and different music. It seemed good enough that we would return again for a night out.

I CALL IT OLD FAITHFUL !! After trying to dance and have some fun at 3 other spots in Dupont (trying to find a new vibe), we ended up where we always know we'll have fun. The DJ (and his wife!) were fantastic, and the free friday shots were flowing ! The bartenders were generous, and the crowd well behaved for the most part... always solid !

Wow, what a fun experience. While I've heard about the dancing at night, I decided to try it for their food. With great happy hour menus (there's a main one and one each day and different times 6-8, and 7-9), it offers a diverse selection of food. I shared a Planchitas Sampler with one other person and it was a perfect amount of food. While usually not a fan of chicharrón, I really enjoyed theirs, but was not a big fan of the chicken. I did enjoy the yuca and plantains! For the drinks, the Bichota is on the sweeter side but otherwise a fun drink and the one I'd recommend The setting is a dark space. I would recommend coming for the dancing over the food, but it's not a bad restaurant to try

Celebrated a birthday at Cafe Citron last night and it was great. We ate dinner there, I had the planchitas to share (honestly it could have been shared with 4 people), it was so good. After dinner, it turned into a party and we danced the night away. Young or older, you're in for a fun night at CC.
